Our guests have to respect the following rule's conditions.
- When the guests arrive to the Residence they have to deliver to the Reception their identity documents for data registration and they have to sign their notification form.
- We accept ready money (according to law's limits) and cashier checks (with immediate payment and for a minimal period of a week). We are not still ready for credit card payment and we don't accept checks changing.
- Small animals can be introduced in the rooms/apartments and only after direction's authorization (at the time of booking); it's not possible to stand alone these animals in the apartments or to take them in the common spaces of the Residence. Their owners have to present their vaccination card and they are responsible for possible damages to people or things. The use of pallets and cleaning bags is required.
- The apartments and the rooms can be occupied after their effective availability and not before 16:00 of the arrive day; the end of the stay corresponds to 10:00 of the last day. A late departure implies a daily quote added to the ordinary payment. Arrives' time between 21:00 and 24:00 implies an added quote, too (and they have to be communicated and agreed). After midnight the direction could not accept the arrives.
For the apartments:
- Their booking expects a previous email where the staying period is specified; booking details will be communicated by the direction with a reply email. Apartment's payment will be done correspondently to the arrive at the structure, with a supplement of 70€ (identifying the bail). It will be returned after the control of the effective presence and of the good condition of the furnishings; any shortage or damage will be justified if communicated immediately after your arrive. Relatively to the damage of the apartment's furnishings, the guilty will compensate.
Only in July, August or on Christmas/Easter
- The booking expects the sending of 30% of the total cost, three days after our booking confirm and payed with a bank transfer or postal order (arrived three days after the confirm,too). Booking details will arrive to the guests after the confirm of the payment.
- The total payment will be perceived by direction at the arrive of the guests, with a bail that corresponds to 100€. It will be returned after the control of the effective presence and of the good condition of the furnishings; any shortages or damages will be justified if communicated immediately after your arrive. Relatively to the damage of the apartment's furnishings, the guilty will compensate.
- The apartment has to be clean and complete with crockery and bedding( changed once a week) at department moment. Any damage or lack has to be communicated to direction immediately.
- Apartment's condition has to be decorous, at the moment of the departure, with empty fridge and collected trash (taken out of the apartments and deposited in the appropriate containers.
- Changing tampering and movement of electric, water, television, air conditioning and heating installations and of the forniture are absolutely prohibited. It is forbidden to stick nails, to smear the walls or to deteriorate the structures and the available furnishings.
- The guests can't accomodate in the apartments more people than the number agreed during the booking. Every new arrive, dependently from the availability of the beds in the apartement, has to be communicated to the direction for the following notice to the police.
- Relatives or friends' visits (exceptional and preventively authorized from the direction) are free and allowed for two hours. After this limit the daily rate of stay will be applied. Also visitors have to take their identity document to the direction and respect these rules.
- A single car can be parked from every apartment and it will never hinder the maneuvring and parking space inside the car park. For every kind of problem the guests can contact the direction.
- The guests have to deposit the trash in the correspondent cans reported by the direction and after 22:00 (according to the municipal provisons). From 13:00 to 16:00 and from 0:00 to 9:00 the guests have to mantain the quite of the place: in particular they have to talk in a law voice and adjust radio and television volume.
- Kids' control is fundamental to avoid other guests' disturbance and to preserve flowers and plants.
- The direction doesn't take responsibility about unattended things in the apartments and in the common places (parking, garden) and about damage or theft suffered by guests' car in the parking.
For the rooms:
- The booking has to be preceded from a email request for a specific period; the direction will send a confirm email with all the booking details and its costs The payment of the room will be done corresponding to the departure.
- In case of furnishes' damage, the responsible must compensate.
Cancellations' policy (for the apartments):
- Cancellations have to be communicated to the direction only in written form (mailing or faxing).
Only in July, August or on Christmas/Easter
- Cancellations perceived 45 days before the arrive provide to the return of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations perceived 30 days before the arrive provide to the return 50% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations perceived 15 days before the arrive (or after this limit) don't provide to the return of the deposit paid.
- The direction is authorized to cancel the booking in case of late arrive (after 24 hours) and without any advice; the guests must pay the apartment cost for the booked period;
- The entire cost of the apartment has to be payed also in case of late arrive or previous departure.
- In case of offers or sale, these cancellations' policy will be not applied and in case of booking's cancellation, all the deposit paid will not returned to the guests.
In the other periods
- Cancellations perceived 15 days before the arrive provide to the return of the full deposit paid;
- Cancellations perceived 1 week before the arrive provide to the return of the 50% of deposit paid;
- Cancellations perceived 7 days before (or after this limit) the arrive or NO SHOW condition provide to not return the deposit paid.
